Job description

Nature and Scope The Physical Therapy Assistant implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary physical therapist to optimize the functional abilities and skills of patient's. You will works with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient. Instructs/Communicates with patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the physical therapist. You will provide timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory and reimbursement requirements and support and participate in department operations and development. Sign on Bonus: - $5,000.00 Location: - You may be requested to travel between the two offices situated in Quincy, CA, and Greenville, CA.
