ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.) - Provide a variety of general labor duties resort wide including firewood delivery, re-filling, and delivery of propane tanks, pressure washing, leaf blowing, moving furniture and other daily assignments. - Lifting, transporting, and disposing of garbage in a safe, effective, and environmentally friendly manner. - Ensuring recyclables such as glass, paper and plastic are properly separated. - Operate equipment and trash compactors on property effectively. - Works independently coordinating daily workflow in assign locations across property. - Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment. - Incumbents may perform any combination of the essential job functions related or unrelated as required or assigned by the Director of Engineering or designee, this may include but not limited to, snow removal, rotating shift, or any other unrelated Engineering job functions. - Other job duties as assigned.
