Location: Belknap Campus Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Regular Job Req ID: R108204 Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of Journeyman's training, and Kentucky Journeyman Plumbers license. Pre-employment physical exam required. Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by the University's insurance carrier. Grade 5 (Hourly) Position Description: Perform skilled work requiring the application of standard trade practices in maintaining, installing, and repairing a variety of plumbing and heating systems fixtures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Locate and mark underground water, sewer, and gas lines owned and operated by the University as required for BUD locates and other excavation work. Install all types of plumbing systems and piping systems as required by the University, including but not limited to sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances, water conditioners, faucets, showers, pumping systems, valves, and piping, including supports and hangers.
