The Opportunity: Global Product Safety Compliance Johnson Controls has an exciting Global Product Safety Compliance Principal Engineer opportunity within the Global Products organization. We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the Global Engineering Excellence team within JCI’s Global Products and lead Safety and Regulatory Compliance projects, regulatory evaluations and Strategic Initiatives. This individual partners closely with Johnson Controls Quality and Legal Departments to assure compliance programs are appropriately implemented, monitored, and maintained. This position will also collaborate with customers, design engineering, supply chain, external alliance partners, engineering, and various other functional business unit stakeholders. What You Will Do: The Global Product Safety Compliance (PSC) Principal Engineer under the guidance of the Global Product Safety Compliance Director is accountable for product safety and regulatory compliance of the JCI product portfolio which includes chillers, heat pumps, fire suppression and protection equipment, security, controls and more.
