Corvid Technologies is seeking qualified candidates to join our Missile Defense Group (MDG) in Huntsville, Alabama. Come join the MDG supporting a variety of government agencies, such as the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Navy Missile Defense, and Air Force Space Command. The MDG performs cutting edge modeling and simulation, testing, and system analysis to ensure protection of the United States and military assets from missile threats. Corvid’s missile defense analysts develop and apply advanced computational algorithms, such as machine learning, to improve weapon system performance. Our analysts have access to a high-performance computing facility, with over 50,000 CPUs, where they execute first-principle physics codes to produce high-fidelity predictions of lethality outcomes from engagements, post-intercept debris characteristics, aerodynamic effects and trajectories, and electromagnetic signatures. Using these computational tools, we simulate the response and improve operating concepts for radar and optical sensors.
