Location: Ball Memorial: Requirements: - Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant education program, or if foreign trained, graduation from an assistant physical therapist education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. - Requires certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Indiana. - Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Roles and Responsibilities: IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 300 bed, Level 3 Trauma Care Hospital. The rehab department has a team of dedicated professionals including experienced veterans with a willingness to mentor along with newer therapists that bring new ideas and fresh eyes to the department.
