Total Number of Openings 1 ​ Shale & Tight Business Unit is accepting online applications for the position of IOC Specialist located in Minot, ND through May 7th, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (Central Standard Time). Position Overview: The IOC Specialist is a 12 hour, day shift, 7/7 position responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing well and facility performance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The role provides real-time operational support to field teams through surveillance, alarm management, and technical problem solving while driving production efficiency and free cash flow. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Monitor well and facility performance using digital surveillance tools Perform alarm management and response, including critical alarm follow-up Troubleshoot complex operational issues and lead repair and return-to-service workflows Own production and production efficiency and drive operational workflows to completion Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to minimize downtime Communicate operational priorities and issues to stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regul...
