Description REPORTS TO: Vice President, Program Impact FLSA STATUS: Exempt (40 hours per week) Department: Operations: Performance Profile Source: Management Professional: Summary: Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley is seeking a passionate, hands-on educator to serve as our Director of Education (Curriculum & Instruction) . This role leads the development and implementation of engaging literacy and Health & Life Skills programming (including social-emotional learning, SEL) across TK–8 club sites. This is a working director role , ideal for a multiple-subject-credentialed teacher who is ready to expand their impact beyond a single classroom. The Director will design curriculum, train staff, and support program quality across multiple sites, working in close partnership with the STEM Director and other program leaders.
