Posting Type Hybrid: Job Overview: The Commissions Program Manager will own the end-to-end commissions process to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent compensation for the sales organization. This role will partner closely with Sales Leaders, Finance, and HR to develop and administer commission plans, validate data, manage monthly close activities, and provide clear reporting and strategy to sales leadership. Job Description and Requirements: Role Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and maintain commission plans that align with evolving business priorities and sales strategies. Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation structures drive the right behaviors and support company goals. Model plan scenarios, assess financial impact , and recommend creative solutions that balance motivation and cost. Conduct regular reviews to evaluate plan effectiveness and propose improvements based on performance data and market trends. Build and maintain scalable workflows, documentation, and controls to support audit-ready commission operations.
