CLM IT Business Analyst

Job description

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced CLM IT Business Analyst to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations) and IT delivery teams to capture requirements, design solutions, support configuration, and ensure that the CLM system integrates effectively with enterprise applications. This role requires both strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and contract management processes. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: - Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from Legal, Procurement, Sales, and other functions. - Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for IT teams. - Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows supported by the CLM system.
