Your Role The Internal Controls Advisory Services team provides objective consulting and advisory services designed to add value and assist management with establishing and maintaining an effective system of internal controls. The team helps Blue Shield of California accomplish its objectives by implementing a systematic, disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of risk management and control processes. The Internal Controls Consulting, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Controls Advisory Services. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating to strengthen the effectiveness of the organization’s controls, drive substantial improvements in overall performance and position our organization for continued growth and success.
