Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: The ​VDI/Images Systems Administrator is expected to be able to accomplish the following: - Provides all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure. - Checking and controlling the server and offering solutions to its problems. - Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others. - Help in organization and management of the business applications. - Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk. - Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system. - Design and implement platform security. - Taking part in upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing it with up-to-date descriptions. - Strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system. - Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business. - Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. - Executing helpdesk calls and classifying cases according to their priorities and accelerations.
