About the Role: The Credit Officer is responsible for collecting outstanding fees, including discussing individual circumstances and negotiating payment plans. You will be responsible for managing your own debtor portfolio and will work closely with internal stakeholders and the Credit Manager. This role could be based in Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an assigned debtor portfolio, engaging professionally with clients in accordance with firm policies.
