A Day in the Life: You will provide clinical support to the Residential Treatment and Emergency Shelter program, including comprehensive diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy for children and families. How This Position Contributes to our Mission - Complete comprehensive diagnostic, biopsychosocial assessment, individual treatment plan, suicide risk assessments and any necessary safety or supervision plans. - Collaborate with outside agencies (e.g. DCBS, foster parents, adoption workers, Wendy’s Workers, CASA worker, etc.) as well as internal departments (e.g. Nursing, Activities, Independent Living) and operate within the Care Team to provide treatment to youths and their families. - Use evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral strategies to facilitate beh...
