Job Description Summary Responsible to execute Preventive Maintenance to automated equipment, support operations during ramp up after each PM execution. Responsible to analyze equipment component parts removed to understand condition and establish ideal change frequency. Is responsible for following and updating SAP system to reflect new/removed tasks as needed to sustain/improve equipment overall efficiency. Applies technical knowledge with regards to mechanical, electrical and pneumatics functionality, basic knowledge in PLCs and Vision Systems, Servos drivers, etc. to resolve problems in the manufacturing process after each PM intervention.
