About This Role As a Client Manager , you are the strategic bridge between TrueAccord and our most valued enterprise partners. We are looking for a data-literate relationship builder to take full ownership of a portfolio of 5–10 mid-to-large accounts. Your mission is to move beyond "support" and become a vital business partner—driving performance through digital-first collection strategies, navigating complex operational hurdles, and ensuring our clients see TrueAccord not just as a vendor, but as a key driver of their success. What You’ll Do: Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary business partner for a dedicated portfolio, building deep trust with stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Drive Performance: Monitor and interpret omnichannel performance data (email, SMS, and voice) to provide actionable insights that improve engagement and liquidation rates. Execute Growth: Align client goals with TrueAccord’s capabilities, identifying expansion opportunities and hitting monthly/quarterly revenue and volume targets.
