Job Description Summary Electrification and grid projects are large, multi-site, and technically demanding programs that rely on disciplined project controls to ensure predictable, efficient, and coordinated delivery. The Project Controls Excellence Manager strengthens this discipline by developing, implementing, and improving the region’s planning, cost, and risk processes. The role drives process integration, digitalization, and continuous improvement, enabling project controls team to execute with higher accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across the full project lifecycle. Job Description: Process Analysis & Development: Analyze existing project controls processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Map current (“as-is”) workflows and develop optimized (“to-be”) processes, tools, and templates. Document standard procedures, templates, and work instructions. Process Implementation & Integration: Implement standardized planning, scheduling, cost, and risk processes across regional projects.
