Sanitation Trainer C-Shift

Job description

SUMMARY: The Sanitation Trainer is responsible for all aspects of externally sanitizing all production equipment, tools, and work areas, as well as the cleanliness of the entire plant according to a set schedule ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain an efficient flow of the production process. The trainer will educate new employees to follow GMPs, operate at a level suitable of meeting FSQA standards. The trainer will ensure that safe work practices are enforced and that all Food Safety Standards are met throughout the site with the objective of minimizing pre-operational deficiencies, reducing product loss, downtime, and optimization of water and compressed air usage. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct subordinates.
