Import/Export Customer Service Agent

About the Role: As an Import/Export Customer Service Specialist , you’ll be the central point of contact for our global customers, you’ll oversee the full order-to-cash process - from order entry to sea freight logistics. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deliveries. Key responsibilities: - Manage and process international customer orders in line with contracts and product availability. - Coordinate ocean freight shipments and loading with warehouses and logistics partners. - Ensure all shipping documents and legal requirements (e.g. invoices, certificates, declarations) are accurate and delivered on time. - Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. - Handle customer complaints and service issues, including issuing credit/debit notes when needed. - Monitor order progress, participate in customer/sales calls, and provide regular updates. - Validate transport invoices and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
