We are seeking an experienced RevOps Leader to bridge the gap between strategy and execution through AI-driven operational excellence. You will drive AI adoption and cross-functional alignment across our GTM functions by developing data-driven strategies and deploying modern automation tools to streamline the customer journey. As the 'architect' of our revenue process, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize our tech stack, ensuring our growth is both rapid and autonomously efficient. Your Tasks: You strategically deploy LLMs, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation to streamline workflows, moving from manual processes to self-operating systems. You establish and report on key KPIs, moving to predictive revenue forecasting, and using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities. You evaluate, select, and manage the GTM technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker), ensuring seamless AI integration for a unified, high-velocity engine.
