Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Baton Rouge, LA Homedica is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management services across home-based, assisted living, skilled nursing, post-acute, and telehealth settings. This is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule within a non-traditional care model, allowing you to practice with a high degree of autonomy while caring for medically complex and geriatric patients. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will serve as a behavioral health specialist, working alongside other providers to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
