Are you ready to lead emergency management for a global offshore fleet? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Emergency Manager to join our Operational Integrity team. In this critical role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve our regional emer-gency management program, ensuring our preparedness and resilience across all Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs). You will play a key part in aligning corporate emergency response strategies with MODU plans and collaborating with other regional Emergency Managers to maintain global con-sistency and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain regional emergency management programs in line with international maritime regulations, coastal state requirements and industry best practices. - Ensure integration and consistency between emergency preparedness, and safety protocols for MODUs and shore-based operations. - Advise and support Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), and other key personnel. - Conduct and oversee emergency risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for MODUs and shore-based fa...
