Community Contracts and Funding Specialist Starting Salary Range: $63,011 - $75,613 GGRC is currently hiring for Community Contracts and Funding Specialist. This role will be responsible for working across the Community Services Department to develop and track contracts with service providers and community partners and tracking payouts and progress associated with special funds. This role offers a hybrid schedule offering the opportunity to work out of our office in San Francisco and occasional travel between the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin will be required. What You'll Do: - Create and execute Purchase of Service contracts with service providers including but not limited to Housing Services, Supported Living Services, and other community services - Track and authorize invoice payments and funding transfers for Housing Development Organizations and Multifamily Housing invoices and contract activities, ensuring required paperwork is submitted before authorizing payment - Act as a liaison between GGRC and GGRC legal counsel on contract language and content updates - Create and implement a contract tracking system to ensure contracts are updated as required - Create...
