**$10,000 Sign On Bonus for offers accepted by May 31, 2026. Terms and Conditions apply** The Occupational Therapist II job conducts evaluations on referred patients. This job plans and implements a comprehensive treatment program that includes discharge planning, patient/family education, and recommendations for follow-up or continued care. This job documents results of the OT evaluation and services provided in accordance with hospital and department guidelines. The Occupational Therapist II job participates as a member of a self-directed departmental team as well as a member of an interdisciplinary patient care team. This job may provide clinical instruction to OT and OTA students as needed. This job may also provide training and education to department and hospital staff.
