The Senior Digital Strategy Manager, will report to the Digital Transformation Director with a dotted line to the Head of Strategy and will drive the development of the digital transformation strategy in line with Heathrow’s priorities, customer needs and rapid technological change. With 80 million passengers passing through our airport each year, it takes hundreds of systems, platforms and networks to keep our airport running smoothly, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
