Overview TEKsystems Netherlands is looking for a Divisional Lead 1 (DL1) to lead and grow our Application Modernisation (AppMod) division. This is a first-line sales leadership role with real scale and impact — combining people leadership, strategic account ownership, and division-level accountability. You’ll lead a team of four Account Managers , own one of our largest Retail & Manufacturing accounts , and play a key role in driving performance and growth across the division. You’ll also sit on the Netherlands Leadership Team , partnering closely with senior sales, talent and delivery leaders to achieve country goals.
