Summary: - Maintain updated Linen Services employee guide. - Coordinates and oversees the internal distribution of patient linen, operating room linen and staff attire throughout the main campus and ancillary sites. - Responsible for the MGH laundry account reconciliation process to include accurate expense recovery and billing to internal users; partners with Partners Corporate Finance on monthly reporting requirements. - Responsible for the annual submission of the operating and capital budgets. - Responsible for oversight of operational production processes: inventory control, scheduling and cart building. - Ensures that soiled linen is packed, transported and sta...
