Acutronic is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies for conformance to company standards. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in quality control. Quality Inspector I Your Roles/Responsibilities: - Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials - Checks randomly selected samples and verifies the accuracy of equipment or process - Uses advanced inspection methods to develop and conduct quality programs - Keeps records and makes reports indicating the results of inspections - Identifies and marks non-conforming materials - Removes minor defects such as chips and burrs - Executes First Article Inspection requirements - Participates in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and NCs (Non-Conformances) - Kee...
