Seasonal Groundskeeping Laborer

Description Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking to add a Groundskeeping Laborer to our team to support our Property Maintenance team. The Groundskeeping Laborer will be responsible for maintaining site landscaping within Burkentine communities. This position will report directly to the Groundskeeping Supervisor. Requirements: - Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns. - Weeding and mulching landscape beds - Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs - Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees - Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees - Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes - Monitoring and maintaining plant health. Qualifications and Required Skills: - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must be 18 years+ - 1+ year landscaping or related experience. - Ability to safely operate machinery (as instructed by management). - Available to work overtime if needed. - Proficient with sending emails. - Applicants considered for hire will be subject to a pre-employment background check * Why Burkentine?: Join some of the best people in the business, and a team that is challenging the norm.
