Counterparty Risk Manager As a Risk Manager at Capital One you’ll be responsible for working with business partners to identify and mitigate potential risks to Capital One. Risk Managers at Capital One are the front line of defense to ensure our Company remains stable and profitable. This role functions as a manager-level escalation point for the team. They review and approve risk decisions, step in on more complex or critical risk situations, and act as the escalation point before issues reach senior leadership. They may also conduct some analysis themselves, particularly when the risk exposure is high . They have a high level of exposure across lines of business and have the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company.
