What’s the role?: This role leads the continuous improvement agenda across the repairs service, taking ownership of training, processes and system development to drive better performance and outcomes. You will ensure the workforce is equipped with the right skills, tools and guidance to deliver a consistent, high-quality service. Working across teams and with contractors, you will identify opportunities to improve how the service operates, streamline processes and enhance systems to support more efficient and effective delivery.
