Job Title: Resort Groundskeeper (Seasonal) Pay rate: $20.66 per hour Summary: Maintains grounds of all industrial, commercial, or public hotel property by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that additional or different tasks be performed when circumstances change. - Cuts lawns and operated a mulching mower - Trims edges, and weeds around walks, flower beds, and walls - Prunes roses, shrubs, and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs - Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides - Rake and bag leaves - Cleans grounds and remove litter - Shovels snow from walks and driveways - Spreads ice melt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup - Plants grass, trees, and shrubs - Water lawns, shrubs, and trees - Rototill ne...
