Job Description: Purpose of the Position: The Learning and Enablement Specialist, Student Success is responsible for training and enabling employees and leaders who support the student lifecycle, with a focus on registrar operations and student persistence. This position will serve as a subject matter expert in registrar and student persistence practices while also designing and delivering training that helps teams understand expectations, apply processes correctly, and support consistent, high-quality student experiences.
