Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing strategy across our global performance and consumer goods portfolio. This role will define, elevate, and expand the VP Racing brand - driving growth through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and disciplined brand management. The Marketing Director reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term marketing vision, leading a dynamic team, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen our position in the motorsports, automotive, and consumer performance markets. You’ll ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the excellence and intensity of the VP Racing brand. This position is ideal for a seasoned, strategic marketing leader with deep experience in consumer goods (CPG), automotive, or lifestyle brand management, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into high-impact, integrated marketing programs.
