Excecutive Assistant American Public Education, Inc. This role provides executive level administrative support to the American Public Education, Inc. (APEI) Enterprise Leadership Team members, with primary focus on supporting the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. The Executive Assistant is responsible for a broad variety of administrative duties, providing onsite and virtual support to ensure business operations run smoothly. The Executive Assistant reports to the EVP & Chief Financial Officer and collaborates with the Office of the CEO for onsite and cross-functional support, as needed. This role also provides the primary on-site administrative support for APEI’s Fort Lauderdale, FL office and requires in-office work several days per week. Requirements: - Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks to include managing extremely active calendars; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings. - Prepares reconciliation of credit card expenses and completed expense reimbursements. - Coordinates guest v...
