Job description

(ACE Values) - Acts as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and our I-CARE (Integrity, Collaboration, Attitude, Respect, Excellence) values. - Monitoring activities on all company sites to identify potential criminal activity. - Inform appropriate managers and proper authorities of any suspicious/criminal activity occurring at company sites. - Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions, unlawful activities, or potential property damage. Bookmark and save videos. - Respond to security and fire alarm calls received from alarm monitoring companies and make decisions on whether to dispatch local authorities. - Enter all incidents observed or reported into the company reporting system “Vector”. - Providing summary reports on nightly activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management. - Operating security systems and, if needed, entering help desk tickets with the camera/alarm companies. - Using provided communication devices such as cell phones i...
