Job Summary NetApp is seeking a Director of Sales Compensation to lead the strategy, design, and governance of its global sales compensation programs. This role ensures incentive plans are competitive, scalable, compliant, and aligned with NetApp’s business objectives and evolving sales landscape. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sales performance, optimize compensation models, and ensure strong governance across all programs. This position does not have any direct reports.
