Job Description Summary The Sr. Director, Procurement - Information Technology (IT), Lab and R&D directs the development and maintenance of leading edge global and regional sourcing strategies and appropriate supply bases with clear spend governance for the assigned group of categories. Brings subject matter expertise in both the coaching of category teams as well as in ensuring that external partners deliver sustainable value for BD. In addition, this leader will play a key role with the digitalization of the STC / STP strategy as well as BD's connected care strategy which includes embedded software strategies.
