Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manage to join our team in Mt. Orab, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for the development of manufacturing capabilities and standards to ensure proper manufacturing processing of components and assemblies to obtain maximum productivity and quality. This person will also be coordinating shop floor projects and activities to achieve timely resolution of manufacturing problems and new product and process launches. This position is part of the plant leadership team and provides vision and direction to drive continuous improvement throughout the facility. This person will also interface with operations, design, quality, purchasing, safety, and component suppliers to ensure products are manufactured with the most cost-effective methods at the highest quality.
