Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) will be a key resource on the Enterprise Analytics team, responsible for identifying business intelligence and data analysis needs in support of strategic business objectives across clinical and operational areas. The BIA 3 analyzes stakeholder requirements, identifies data needs and sources, and extracts and manipulates data using a variety of reporting and analytical tools to present information in a meaningful and actionable way. The analyst integrates data from disparate sources to provide new insights and develops visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively. Takes direction and guidance from senior analysts and department leadership to work towards enhancement of self and the team's capabilities around data and analytic competencies.
