Description Position Summary: The Residential Driver, under direction of the Residential Supervisor, empties company issued residential waste receptacles for Tiger Sanitation customers. Essential Functions: - Performs and documents pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company issued vehicles - Empties residential waste receptacles as indicated on daily route sheet - Actively communicates any and all changes to daily route sheet to the dispatch team - Notifies supervisor of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur while completing activities on route - Reviews and completes daily work orders - Ensures accurate completion of route sheet and VCR by the end of each day - Ability to proficiently navigate, in forward and reverse motion, driveways, alleyways, high traffic roadways with potential limited overhead and compact areas. - Ability to operate vehicles in accordance with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Ability to safely operate a DOT vehicle - Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or with...
