Your next opportunity Boral in SA is currently seeking an experienced Fitter to join our workshop team based at Linwood. This role will be a nightshift-based role reporting to the Team Leader/Supervisor. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance activities including planned maintenance, minimising production downtime and maximising the plant efficiency. Your day will involve: - Work safely in line with OH&S procedures and legislation. - Complete preventative maintenance routines and assist in the continual improvement. - Assist in maintaining the mechanical maintenance spare parts stock. - Fault find, modify and maintain crushing, screening and batching equipment across various plants. - Strip and rebuild components to the original specifications and performance. - Complete documentation to ensure plant data remains current. - Overtime may be required to supplement the maintenance effort. What we are looking for: - Relevant fitter trade qualifications - Experience with crushing & screening equipment preferred. - Experience and understanding of pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulic systems. - Motivated self-starter who is results-oriented and driven to succeed - Works...
