Job Description: Summary Responsible for continuous/uninterrupted supply of components to the production Fry and Prep area used in producing food products in a safe, timely and efficient manner. • Will be working around the Fryer, Kettles, Raw Meat, and Urschel, in processing the various items for the assembly lines. • Understand and demonstrate proper handling of components in accordance with USDA, HACCP, and plant recipe guidelines. • Must insure GMPs and Safety regulations are followed at all times. • Understand the importance of product rotation and time/temperature guidelines from USDA. • Responsible for returning products to freezer/cooler and ensuring proper...
