Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Associate is a recruiting-focused role responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and supporting the hiring of salaried talent across Opaa! Food Management. This position plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. In addition to hands-on recruiting and sourcing, this role supports recruiting operations, systems administration, and talent initiatives.
