Job Description: Job Title Senior UX Designer Location London: Corporate Title Assistant Vice President: The Compliance Team builds Trade Surveillance tools that help monitor trading activity and ensure regulatory confidence. As a Senior UX Designer on this team, you’ll shape intuitive, elegant, and highly functional digital experiences that support compliance workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners to bring a shared product vision to life—helping create a seamless, one‑stop experience for the Compliance team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design, giving you the opportunity to influence both user experience and product direction.
