Job Description The role of a Manager in the Derivative Advisory team will be to oversee client engagements and components of larger engagements, as well as individually contributing quality work on the engagement with teams whilst coaching junior team members. The role requires extremely strong commercial acumen with treasury, financial risk management and technical accounting experience. Provides technical knowledge, direction and training to people, coordinates engagement management and effectively utilises resources as appropriate. Oversees engagements to provide valuation and accounting advice to Australian and international clients. Day-to-day management of team members on engagements, including coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback. Effective communication to team members and the Engagement Leader during the whole engagement. Begins to build on networks across the Division and develops further skills on people development activities.
