You will lead the Operational Excellence team for Factor Canada focusing on the development and implementation of a standard operating model as we scale our manufacturing operations nationally. Reporting to the Associate Director, Special Operations you will work across all functions and teams within our business such as supply chain, production, culinary, quality, ops tech, etc. You will lead several projects at the same time, support core operations as needed, and proactively propose new projects and opportunities.
