As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Enablement, you will work at the heart of the DCE Marketing and Orchestration team, helping us to deliver exceptional marketing results. You will support operational end-to-end excellence in our marketing planning and enhanced commercial outcomes in delivery. You will be working with a variety of teams and marketing disciplines to use data, insights and technology to help make practical spend, funnel and KPI recommendations across LEGO's owned and earned ecosystem channels. The role will also maintain a clear line of sight across our audiences and channels, bringing campaigns, acquisition and user journey learnings into a holistic understanding across marketing touch points.
