This dual-responsibility role is designed for versatile team members who excel at both safety and guest engagement. You will primarily serve as a Lifeguard , ensuring the highest standards of water safety, while also transitioning into an Activities Team Member , leading interactive games and family-oriented resort entertainment. Essential Job Functions: As a Lifeguard (Safety First): - Vigilance: Oversee all activities at the water park and beach areas, maintaining constant observation of guests to ensure a safe environment. - Rule Enforcement: Fairly and consistently enforce all water safety regulations and resort conduct policies. - Emergency Response: Act as a first responder to all water-related emergencies, performing rescues, providing First Aid, and administering CPR as needed. - Facility Care: Perform daily safety inspections of water park equipment and beach areas.
