The Employee Services Consultant, Performance & Advice supports the delivery of HR Solutions by providing timely, accurate, and compliant advice to employees and People Leaders. This role is responsible for managing low‑risk employee relations inquiries and escalated issues not resolved within Employee Services, ensuring matters are handled within service level agreements and mitigated locally to reduce potential risk to the Bank. Consultants provide advice aligned with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures while promoting consistent, positive service experiences. Is this role right for you?
